Reflection & peer-support spaces

You don't have to struggle alone.

I facilitate warm online spaces where people can reflect, listen, share if they want to, and hear from others who understand something of the experience from within.

Participate in the way that feels right.

Meetings may include grounding, guided reflection, coaching-based questions, optional sharing, and one small takeaway. You can speak, listen, or simply be present.

Sharing is optional

No one is required to disclose more than they want.

Everyday language

No prior experience with coaching or IFS is required.

Support, not fixing

We listen without diagnosing or reducing anyone to one experience.

Clear scope

These are reflective and supportive spaces—not therapy.

Start with a short conversation.

We can briefly talk about what you are looking for, answer your questions, and see whether one of the current groups might fit.
