Meeting our parts with curiosity
Learning to notice different inner voices, needs, fears, and impulses without immediately judging or fixing them.
Small closed group · Online · English
September 2026 · Four weeks
Sometimes different parts of uspull in different directions.
One part wants change.
whileAnother part is terrified.
One part wants connection.
whileAnother wants to disappear.
One part wants rest.
whileAnother feels guilty for slowing down.
In this small women's circle, we'll practice noticing these inner movements with curiosity instead of shame.
Who is it for?
About the circle
Each week, we'll meet online for a session that may include:

Everyday parts language
We'll use simple phrases that help us notice an experience without making it the whole truth about who we are.
“A part of me feels…”
“Something in me wants…”
“I notice a protective voice…”
“Another part of me is scared, tired, angry, or hopeful…”
The goal is not to fix ourselves. It is to slow down enough to hear what is happening inside—with more compassion and less pressure.

Free reflection guide
A gentle three-page practice for pausing, noticing a mild inner conflict, getting curious about what a part may be protecting, and responding with care. You can write, think, draw, or simply notice.

Learning to notice different inner voices, needs, fears, and impulses without immediately judging or fixing them.
Exploring what happens when one part wants one thing and another part wants the opposite—and how to give all those parts attention and support.
Getting to know the parts of us that manage, criticize, avoid, please, control, or shut down—and understanding how they may be trying to help.
Practicing a kinder inner relationship and reflecting on what support, clarity, and next steps may look like.
Practical details
This is a closed group: the same women will meet each week. This helps create more safety, familiarity, and depth.

About the facilitator
I'm a coach and group facilitator. I create reflective spaces for women going through life transitions, immigration, identity shifts, and inner change.
My work is informed by coaching, Internal Family Systems and parts work, self-compassion, and my own experience of rebuilding life after major transitions.
I care about creating spaces that feel warm, honest, thoughtful, and human—where we do not have to perform being “healed” or “put together” to be welcome.
